When you first create an Instagram account, it is a personal account by default. In order to connect your Instagram to the Lightful Social Platform, you need to be using an Instagram Business account.
Follow these steps to make the switch from a personal Instagram profile to a Business account.
Go to your profile and tap the menu icon in the upper right-hand corner
Tap 'Settings'
Tap 'Accounts'
Scroll down the page and tap 'Switch to Professional account'
Go through the steps on screen. When prompted to choose between Business or Creator, tap 'Business'
Add your contact information
Next, you will be asked to link your Instagram account to an existing Facebook page. If you do not have a Facebook page, not to worry, you can create one from here too. It's recommended that you link to a Facebook page now because you are required to do so later on, when you connect your Instagram to Lightful through Facebook.
Tap 'Next'. You have now successfully switched your Instagram to a Business Account.
Now that you have an Instagram Business account, you are ready to connect your Instagram to Lightful!
