I can’t log in

If you’re having trouble trying to log in to your account, it may worth checking these steps:

  • Delete your browser "cookies" and clear your cache. If you use Google Chrome, here’s a handy guide

  • Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with. 

  • If you can't remember your password click on the 'Forgotten Password' link on the Sign in page. Enter your email that you use to access Lightful and a password reset email will be sent to you. It may worth checking your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t receive it within a few minutes.
