When you're first connecting Twitter to your Lightful account, sometimes the profile that appears isn't the one you want to add. Just follow these instructions to make sure you're connecting the right profile:

  1. Sign out of Twitter
  2. Delete your browser cookies and clear your cache (If you use Google Chrome, here’s a handy guide)
  3. Sign back into Twitter using your organisation's login details
  4. Try connecting Lightful to Twitter again
