Because Instagram is owned by Facebook, it is required that your Instagram is linked to a Facebook Page when you connect your Instagram to Lightful. You can do this either through Instagram or Facebook, depending which device you're using.
If you are on a desktop, please link through the Facebook web browser. If you are on your phone, you can link through the Instagram mobile app.
Note: You need to have admin access to your Facebook Page to be able to link the Page to your Instagram
Linking through Instagram app (mobile users)
Go to your Instagram profile. Select 'Edit Profile'
Under Public Business Information, select 'Page'
Now you will be asked if you want to create a Facebook Page (if you don't already have one set up), or if you want to connect an existing Facebook Page to your Instagram account.
If you already have an existing Page, simply select the correct Facebook Page from the list shown. Then click 'Done' in the top right-hand corner.
You have now linked your Instagram account and Facebook Page!
Linking through Facebook (desktop users)
Log in to Facebook and go to the Facebook Page you would like to link to your Instagram profile. In the navigation on the left, scroll down to 'Settings'.
In Page Settings, scroll down to 'Instagram' in the navigation bar on the left.
In the 'Connect to Instagram' page, click 'Connect Account'.
Next, you will be prompted to log into your Instagram Business account in a pop-up.
You have now successfully linked your Facebook Page to your Instagram account!
